Daat Emet is the name of a pamphlet recently distributed amongst Charedi circles in Jerusalem, meant to shake faith in the Oral Torah. The distributors and authors of the pamphlet are anonymous, but it would seem that amongst them is someone who once learned Torah and then left. The author of the pamphlet is a grifter who wants to mock some of Chazal's rulings by making use of a different pamphlet, meant to support the Oral Torah. The author of the pamphlet, who hides behind a Jerusalem post office box, copied a few questions (without their answers) from the book Sichat Chulin, in which the author questions a few of Chazal's statements which seem to stand in contradiction to what is seen as certain by researchers of anatomy and medicine. The book's author questions, but also finds tasteful answers for all his questions.
Now people are preparing overpowering answers for that heretic, and they will be published shortly in a pamphlet to be name "This teaching shall not be replaced."
